Insight Conference

A wholesome inner journey to integrate conference and workshop experiences

1 – 3 hrs | + 500 pax | Guided Inner Journey

Humans are embodied beings. We are organized through one interconnected nervous system and more than mere thoughts, strategies and plans.

About this Inner Journey

Keynotes, Workshops and Networking. Conferences can be socially, emotionally and cognitively just as inspiring as overwhelming. And all those new contacts, insights and intentions can quickly dissipate without integrating, anchoring and clarifying what was truly relevant and which actions should be pursued.

Through imagination, music and intense breathing techniques this session works on multiple levels of perception. It combines cognitive understanding with bodily sensations, emotions, and behaviors – enhancing the likelihood of bridging the gap between intention and action in the aftermath.

Where can it be implemented?

We developed this wholesome inner journey as a session to review and end conferences or full-day workshops. It is also a smooth transition back into daily life. So far we guided more than 250 people through this Inner Journey. Fields of implementation have been:

  • Conferences
  • Workshops
  • Festivals

Scientific Background

Studies in neuroscience, psychology, and education have shown that integrating cognitive processes with bodily sensations and actions enhances learning, memory retention, and the application of knowledge in real-world contexts. Additionally, experiments utilizing techniques such as embodiment exercises and mindfulness practices have demonstrated their effectiveness in improving decision-making, problem-solving, and behavioral change. As this field continues to evolve, the evidence thus far suggests a strong correlation between embodied experiences and the ability to effectively translate them into action.
