About this Session
Through a unique blend of music, guided breathwork exercises and movement with yoga asanas and dance, this event offers a space for getting truly into your body, letting go of blocked emotions and igniting your inner creativity. This Journey will leave you feeling refreshed, inspired and connected to your body and soul.
What happens at this session?
After an arrival and collective grounding, we open the space to explain the process and make room for intentions and questions. After a warmup for body and mind, we dive together into a journey of breath and movement.
The shape, form and intensity of the journey will be determined by yourself, but of course aided and supported by our inputs and the music. We will progressively travel through the main centres of the body – head, heart and belly – and combine holotropic breath with guided movements and asanas in relation to these different parts.
There is room for any and all sorts of movement, be it dancing, stretching or complete stillness. We want to encourage and support your body to fully express itself with all that is there, everything that wants to be experienced, felt and seen. After the journey, we will land together to integrate and calm down.
